Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics, based in Indiana, seeks a senior leader to build and run the commercial operations framework. You will oversee analytics, forecasting, sales operations, and commercial systems to enable a first-in-class organization.

You will partner with the CCO, drive cross-functional initiatives, build a diverse team, and provide data-driven insights to CEO/CFO and leadership for current and future opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related business or analytical field.
• Minimum 15 years in biotech/pharma.
• Experience building business operations infrastructure for product launches.
• Expertise in medical legal review of promotional materials and compliance.
• Experience procuring/analyzing third-party data and market trends.
• Process development/project management experience in emerging/growing environments.
• Demonstrated cross-functional collaboration and people management.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of commercial operations framework across analytics, forecasting, and systems.
• Establish analytics/operational infrastructure for the commercial business.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and alignment with leadership.
• Build and lead a high-performing, diverse team.
• Provide data-driven insights to CEO/CFO and leadership.
• Partner with Marketing on metrics and reporting for brand effectiveness.
• Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Patient Services, Market Access, Medical Affairs and executives to deliver on time and budget.
• Oversee forecast modeling and market data analysis and tracking.
• Build HCP targeting program using analytics/CRM.
• Establish field CRM and data warehouse capabilities; manage incentive design and reporting.
