Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics seeks a Commercial Strategy Senior Manager to lead the development and execution of the category's commercial strategy, aligning with self-care growth priorities.

You will translate brand and innovation strategies into GTM plans across retail channels, define where to play, and drive cross-functional execution with sales, marketing, and account teams in the North American market.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Sales or with Customers in CPG/retail; Marketing or Commercial Strategy is a plus.
• Strong understanding of omnichannel dynamics and shopper behavior.
• Proven ability to translate brand strategies into commercial plans and support cross-functional execution.
• Customer-facing experience with joint business planning and value creation.
• Strong analytical skills; ability to synthesize data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the commercial strategy for the assigned category aligned to self-care growth priorities.
• Translate strategic choices into channel-specific, actionable tactics for the sales team.
• Translate brand and innovation strategies into GTM plans across retail channels.
• Integrate commercial strategy into annual planning and customer engagement models.
• Design a commercial toolkit enabling Account Executives and Managers to deliver strategy.
• Set commercial guidelines for trade spend investment and tailor category plans to customers.
