Job summary

Wolverine Power Systems in Michigan is seeking a Service Manager to lead the Energy Systems service department, reporting to the Branch Manager. You will oversee staff, growth, revenue, KPI performance, and EH&S expectations.

You will coordinate technicians, training, and field operations to deliver timely, high-quality service while maintaining warranty compliance and strong customer engagement across projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Management or Business or equivalent experience.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Experience overseeing service operations in a technical environment.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage Field Supervisors and staff; coach and develop technical skills.
• Oversee technician certification programs and safety compliance.
• Coordinate service workflows, scheduling, and parts for timely, on-budget projects.
• Serve as the technical liaison for contractors, customers, and internal teams.
• Lead root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
