Wolverine Power Systems in Michigan is seeking a Technical Field Service Representative I to perform on-site repair, preventive maintenance, and assist with installation of Generac equipment.

The role requires up to 50% travel, reading manuals and schematics, and staying current on NFPA and state regulations for emergency power systems. You will document all work in FieldServio and communicate findings promptly.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma required.
• Valid Driver License required.
• 1 year of mechanical experience required.
• Ability to obtain Generac certification in air‑cooled and protector series.
• Ability to travel up to 50% and read manuals/schematics.

Responsabilidades

• Perform on-site repair and preventative maintenance of generators.
• Provide emergency/unplanned repairs during and outside hours as directed.
• Assist with installation of Generac equipment.
• Read and interpret manuals, electrical schematics, and work orders.
• Create reports for all field work in FieldServio.
