Job summary

Wolverine Power Systems, a leading distributor of Generac equipment, seeks a Technical Field Service Representative I in Zeeland, MI. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain generators, performing emergency repairs and preventative service while following safety regulations.

You will read manuals and schematics, report findings promptly, and maintain clear communications with customers and the service manager. A valid driver's license and at least 1 year of mechanical experience are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Associates degree preferred in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
• 1 year of mechanical experience required.
• Knowledge of AC/DC circuitry, power generation, and engine maintenance desirable.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical, electrical troubleshooting and generator repairs.
• Provide emergency/unplanned repairs during and outside normal hours.
• Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance and repairs on generators.
