RESA Power, LLC is seeking a Service Branch Manager to lead day-to-day operations at the Wixom location, mentor technicians, manage customer relationships, and drive profitability in electrical power services.

You will hire and train staff, schedule projects, review quotes and safety practices, and partner with executives to implement growth and continuous improvement initiatives. This role requires strong leadership and a commitment to safety and compliance.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience with at least 5 years in the field.
• Knowledge of NETA, NEC, OSHA, NFPA.
• Experience with MCCs, breakers, relay testing or military training.
• Ability to troubleshoot heavy industrial, utility, and renewable energy systems.
• Willing to work flexible hours, weekends, holidays.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Valid driver’s license for company vehicle positions.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day operations at the location.
• Hire, train, review performance; mentor technicians.
• Schedule local team and coordinate large jobs.
• Provide technical options; review quotes and tests.
• Maintain customer relationships and respond to concerns.
• Review jobs for profitability.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives with leadership.
• Prepare various reports.
• Work with HSE to maintain safety records.
• Occasional night/weekend work as needed.
• Adhere to regulatory laws and company policies.
• Maintain NETA certification and pursue higher levels.
• Other duties as assigned.
