Qualifications

• 8+ years of generator experience.
• KPS Certifications strongly preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Support the Service Manager in service center operations, mentorship, scheduling, warranty administration, work order and WIP management, customer satisfaction, and invoicing.
• Promote and maintain a safety-oriented culture by coordinating and executing technical safety training and PPE compliance.
• Serve as a revenue-generating Technician with a 50% service call application rate.
• Provide advanced technical expertise for complex jobs both remotely and on-site as needed.
• Oversee warranty work orders for the service center, ensuring accuracy, timely communication, and proper submission, and assist with pre-authorization claims as needed.
• Lead technical training, development, and mentorship for technicians at the service center.
• Collaborate with EHS Specialist and Technician Development Manager to create and deliver technical training on generator service and installation, supporting workforce growth and advancement.
• Maintain the service center’s library of technical software, service bulletins, technical references documents, and SOP’s.
• Work closely with Nixon TSC and Rehlko on product-related issues and ensure effective service center communication.
• Partner with switchgear team to provide support and training, as needed.
• Support the Rehlko warranty claims process and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
