Job summary

KPMG LLP is seeking a Deployment Lead to join the Audit Technology Alliance. You will lead end-to-end lifecycle for generative AI solutions, coordinating deployment across member firms and ensuring adoption through clear documentation and training materials.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in a client-facing role such as customer success, product management, change management or management consulting, preferably in a global enterprise software/SaaS environment.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to learn complex software products quickly and articulate their business value to end-users and executives; experience with AI-powered solutions is a plus.
• Demonstrated knowledge of generative AI solutions and AI concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle for generative AI solutions across KPMG member firms, overseeing deployment planning, execution and adoption strategies.
• Collaborate with product, engineering and audit teams to ensure seamless releases and manage relationships and expectations with member firm stakeholders.
• Establish and manage a feedback loop from member firms to product development, translating insights into improvements.
• Drive adoption by delivering timely release documentation, training materials and strategic communications for end-users.
• Create deployment strategies and collateral to assist adoption; coordinate with US and global member firms.
• Work with the product team to design and track adoption metrics; partner with member firms to increase adoption based on usage.
