Job summary

KPMG seeks a Lead Specialist, AI Solution Architect to architect and deliver enterprise-scale AI solutions within the Managed Services practice in the U.S. You will drive AI strategy, design secure cloud-native architectures on Azure, and mentor global engineering teams.

Responsibilities include leading POCs, guiding production readiness, and aligning AI capabilities with measurable business outcomes, while upholding KPMG's standards and culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years designing/leading enterprise-scale tech solutions.
• Strong Azure cloud-native architecture experience.
• Proven AI-driven, GenAI, and RAG solution experience.
• Experience guiding production deployment and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to influence stakeholders.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Architect and lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise AI solutions using Agile/DevOps.
• Design secure, scalable cloud-native architectures on Microsoft Azure.
• Lead proofs of concept and pilots for AI, GenAI, and agent-based solutions.
• Translate business needs into pragmatic technical roadmaps with stakeholders.
• Mentor onshore and offshore engineering teams to foster high performance.
• Embed security, privacy, and responsible AI principles into designs.
• Uphold integrity, professionalism, and a respectful work environment.
