Qualifications

• Seven+ years shipping end-to-end production software with data/AI focus.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor technical teams.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy end-to-end AI systems; own technical vision and architecture.
• Enforce production discipline; ensure tested, secure, observable code.
• Lead sessions across stakeholders (engineers to C-suite) to design AI solutions.
• Use modern accelerators to increase delivery capacity and quality.
