Cognizant is seeking a Partner Consulting – AI to lead end-to-end delivery of complex Generative AI and enterprise AI transformation programs. You will stay closely engaged in architecture decisions and work with client executives, enterprise architects, engineering teams, and security/data leaders to deploy production-grade AI solutions that deliver measurable business value.

Qualificações

• 15–20 years of software engineering, solution architecture, or enterprise technology delivery.
• Proven experience delivering production enterprise systems in complex, regulated environments.
• Hands‑on experience designing and guiding delivery of LLM‑powered applications, including RAG pipelines.
• Strong command of cloud‑native architectures (APIs, microservices) with security & observability.
• Practical experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise platforms, data systems, and SOA.
• Demonstrated delivery leadership across large transformation programs (ERP/cloud/data).
• Comfort operating in regulated environments with focus on privacy and auditability.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS/Engineering; cloud certifications preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead multi‑workstream enterprise AI and GenAI delivery programs.
• Architect and oversee key technical decisions (model selection, RAG, context schemas).
• Establish and enforce engineering and delivery standards (gates, testing, observability).
• Partner with enterprise architects to integrate AI across ERP, SCM, CRM, and data platforms.
• Translate requirements into clear backlogs, technical specs, and acceptance criteria.
• Build reusable AI delivery assets (reference architectures, accelerators, libraries).
• Coach and mentor senior engineers and architects through reviews and problem solving.
• Demonstrate Cognizant Way to Lead in delivery and financial discipline.
