Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a world-class Partner Development Specialist (PDS) to grow the AWS Generative AI & ML business through consulting, technology and distribution partners in North America. You will develop and execute go-to-market strategies that enable AWS partners to build solutions, offerings, and new capabilities that meet the needs of their customers.

This is a pivotal role at the forefront of AI/ML innovation, collaborating with partners to drive measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements.
• 5+ years of professional or military experience.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level.
• 2+ years of working with or evaluating AI systems experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute GTM strategy to grow AWS Generative AI & Machine Learning business through our partners in North America.
• Support partners across different stages of their development including practice development, offering/solution development, enablement, and leveraging AWS programs.
• Drive partner revenue through regular pipeline, opportunity registration, and business reviews with partners to exceed annual goals.
• Engage with partner management, field sales, solution architecture, and end customers to create and drive revenue opportunities for AWS.
• Serve as an AI & Machine learning subject matter expert who advocates for AWS partner capabilities internally and externally.
• Exceed sales, business development, or alliance management goals against annual growth targets for technical products.
• Work and communicate with multiple stakeholders and drive strategic plans across various teams including solution architecture, product management, partner management, and account management teams.
• Define business goals and develop and execute go-to-market plans that exceed goals.
