Job summary

Pomptonian Inc. is seeking a team member to support in a cafeteria setting. Duties include preparing cold foods such as salads and sandwiches, serving customers, handling cash, and keeping the area clean and sanitary.

You will assist the on-site manager and back up colleagues as needed while adhering to safety guidelines. The role requires flexibility for a fast-paced environment, a willingness to learn, and participation in annual training programs.

Qualifications

• Experience in food service is preferred.

Job description

No evenings, no weekends, and summers off! Duties include preparing and serving food, cashier and money handling, cleaning, and assisting the on-site manager when necessary. Must pass fingerprinting and background check.

As a Pomptonian team member, you are asked to assist in cold food production (salads, sandwiches, etc.), assist the cooks, serve the customers, maintain a sanitary environment and help with production records. Team member should demonstrate a positive, upbeat attitude while delivering superior customer service.
