AdventHealth Wesley Chapel seeks an experienced Program Director to establish and lead a new General Surgery Graduate Medical Education program in central Florida. The role starts July 2028 with 3 residents per year, emphasizing curriculum development, accreditation governance, and a strong resident experience.

Qualifications

• Be duly licensed to practice medicine in Florida.
• Demonstrate ongoing clinical and scholarly activity; eligible for Medicare/Medicaid providers.
• Active ADVENTHEALTH Medical Staff member in good standing.
• Board certification by ABMS or AOA in relevant specialty.
• At least three years of specialty-specific educational/administrative experience.
