Job summary

Pet Services of Washington, P.S. is seeking a General Practice Lead to drive strategy, deployment, and growth for our GP veterinary locations.

You will partner with hospital and field leadership, medical operations, and Support Office teams to design scalable programs across a multi-site network. This role is hybrid, based out of MVH North America Hub Locations in Vancouver, WA or Santa Monica, CA, and requires regular travel to hospitals up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or DVM a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in veterinary practice operations or related field.
• Experience deploying programs across multiple locations or a distributed team.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and drive them to completion.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Willingness to travel regularly up to 10% of time.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for General Practice locations across a multi-site network.
• Translate strategy into deployment plans, timelines, and success metrics.
• Partner with field and hospital leaders to roll out programs, protocols, and tools consistently across GP locations.
• Monitor KPIs and adjust plans based on data and feedback.
• Identify growth opportunities across the GP network, including new service lines and capacity optimization.
• Build business cases for new initiatives with Finance and Field Operations to size impact and secure investment.
• Support integration and ramp-up of new or acquired GP locations.
• Shape client and patient experience by refining operational standards and processes.
• Collaborate with Learning & Development, P&O, and Medical Leadership to ensure support and change management.
