You will mentor Regional Operations Directors, shape scalable operations, and advance medical quality and Associate engagement across the field. Travel 50-75% and relocation support are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/MBA/DVM preferred.
• 10+ Years Related Experience / 12+ Preferred
• All degrees will be deemed "or equivalent combination of education and experience".

Responsibilities

• Own Group P&L and KPI performance through regional teams.
• Drive disciplined execution of enterprise programs (VCA and United in Care).
• Lead capital planning, facility improvements, and marketing strategy.
• Develop and support doctors and onboarding across hospitals.
