Job summary

Pet Services of Washington, P.S. seeks a visionary Group Vice President to lead 100+ veterinary units with multi-million-dollar P&L accountability. You will drive strategic growth, talent development, and high-quality medical care across the network.

You will mentor Regional Operations Directors, build scalable processes, and ensure consistent performance while traveling 50–75% within the region and relocating as needed.

Qualifications

• : 10+ years of related experience or 12+ preferred across multi-site operations.
• Bachelor's Degree / MBA or DVM preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 50-75% and relocate if needed.

Responsibilities

• Own Group P&L and KPI performance across 100+ units through regional teams.
• Drive disciplined execution of enterprise programs with scalable, network-wide impact.
• Lead growth strategies to expand access to veterinary medicine and client engagement.
• Oversee financial health, capital planning, and marketing strategy for hospitals.
• Model mission-driven leadership and foster a culture of psychological safety and high accountability.
• Partner with Medical Operations, Finance, Talent and Marketing to unlock cross-hospital impact.
