You will mentor Regional Operations Directors, align with Medical, Finance and Talent functions, and advance programs that elevate patient care and hospital performance. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree / MBA or DVM preferred.
• 10+ years related experience; 12+ preferred.
• Willingness to travel 50-75% within the region and relocate if needed.

Responsibilities

• Own Group P&L and KPI performance across regional teams with data-driven leadership.
• Drive enterprise programs adoption to ensure scalable, network-wide impact.
• Develop growth strategies to expand access to high quality veterinary care.
• Oversee financial health, hospital performance and capital planning.
• Lead people to foster a high-trust, inclusive culture and mentor Regional Directors.
• Collaborate with Medical Operations, Finance, Talent, Marketing, Facilities and others.
• Foster cross-hospital collaboration and a United in Care mindset.
• Ensure exceptional medical care and patient experience across hospitals.
• Attract, hire, onboard, and develop veterinarians; support new grad onboarding.
• Optimize workflows to improve doctor productivity and outcomes.
