Cooper’s Hawk Winery and Restaurants is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead a high-volume, full-service restaurant, including a scratch kitchen, retail tasting room, and Wine Club program. You will partner with the General Manager to achieve goals, mentor both Management and hourly Team Members, and grow our Wine Club community.

You will drive exceptional shift execution, uphold hospitality standards, and ensure safety and quality.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of supervisory experience in a full-service restaurant.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to read, understand and communicate in English.
• Demonstrates financial acumen.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall restaurant operations including Service and Tasting Room.
• Review and approve front-of-house schedules in a timely manner.
• Ensure execution of food and service standards during shifts.
• Follow policies and operating systems.
• Participate in weekly inventory procedures and financial reporting.
• Utilize POS systems, scheduling software, inventory systems, and MS Office.
