Job summary

RIM Recruitment Professionals is seeking a General Manager for a high-volume, upscale steakhouse in Atlanta, GA. Total compensation is in the $275K range, including a competitive base salary and performance-based bonus.

The ideal candidate will have current GM experience in an independent or respected restaurant group, with proven success in delivering elite service, strong financial results, and team development. Willingness to relocate to Atlanta is preferred.

Qualifications

• Current GM of a high-volume upscale restaurant or premium dining experience.
• Independent restaurant or respected restaurant-group background.
• Experience with elite service and hospitality organizations.
• Strong financial knowledge with full P&L responsibility.
• Proven success developing managers and building stable teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead all front- and back-of-house operations
• Maintain an uncompromising standard of service and hospitality
• Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing management team
• Create a polished and memorable guest experience
• Oversee the P&L, labor, food cost, beverage cost, inventory, and controllable expenses
• Partner closely with culinary leadership
• Maintain consistency in food quality, service, cleanliness, and execution
• Build relationships with regular guests and the local community
• Drive sales, profitability, and long-term restaurant performance
• Lead visibly from the floor while creating accountability throughout the operation
• Represent the standards and culture of a respected international restaurant organization
