Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive fine dining, upscale, luxury hospitality, or high-end restaurant leadership.
• Experience as GM/AGM/Restaurant Director or comparable senior leader.
• Proven success in high-volume restaurant operations.
• Polished, articulate, professional, and comfortable leading experienced hospitality teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations with a strong presence on the floor.
• Drive exceptional hospitality, service standards, and guest satisfaction.
• Lead and develop FOH and BOH leadership teams.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, training, coaching, and performance.
• Monitor labor, food and beverage costs, inventory, and overall profitability.
• Partner closely with culinary and beverage leadership to maintain consistency and quality.
• Build strong relationships with VIP guests and repeat clientele.
• Maintain a polished, professional environment while setting the tone for the team.
• Lead high-volume services while maintaining luxury-level standards.
• Support private dining, special events, and other high-revenue opportunities.
• Recruit, develop, and retain top hospitality talent.
• Ensure operational standards, cleanliness, safety, and compliance are consistently maintained.

Compensation: $90,000-$130,000 total compensation, including bonus and benefits

We are seeking a seasoned restaurant leader to join a newly opened, high-end steakhouse and elevated dining concept in Atlanta.

This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced General Manager or Assistant General Manager who thrives in a polished, high-volume environment and takes genuine pride in leading from the floor.

The operation is projected to generate approximately $10M-$12M in first-year revenue, with significant growth potential. The ideal candidate will be comfortable leading a demanding operation, developing a strong team, and delivering an elevated guest experience at a consistently high level.

Ideal Candidate:

• 5+ years of progressive fine dining, upscale, luxury hospitality, or high-end restaurant leadership experience
• Current or recent experience as a GM, AGM, Restaurant Director, or comparable senior restaurant leader
• Proven success in high-volume restaurant operations
• Strong floor presence with a genuine passion for hospitality
• Confident understanding of P&L, labor, food cost, beverage cost, and operational controls
• Strong wine and beverage knowledge is highly valued
• Experience handling VIP clientele, private dining, and elevated guest experiences
• Polished, articulate, professional, and comfortable leading experienced hospitality teams
• Strong communication, emotional intelligence, and people-development skills
• Energetic, hands-on leadership style with the ability to lead by example
• Stable career progression and a track record of success in demanding environments
