Qualifications

• Proven restaurant management experience in an upscale, high-volume environment.
• Steakhouse, fine dining, or polished full-service experience strongly preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Solid understanding of restaurant financials and cost controls.
• Experience developing teams and maintaining exceptional service standards.
• Passion for hospitality and attention to detail.
• Professional presence and the ability to thrive in a demanding operation.
