WeDriveU, Inc. is seeking a General Manager to lead operations, develop team members, and execute account strategy for client-focused mobility services. The role reports to the Regional Vice President of Operations and requires strong decision-making with performance measurement.

You will oversee drivers, SOPs, client meetings, staffing, and safety across multiple sites. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in operations management, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and relevant experience in

Qualificações

• 5+ years' experience Operations Management.
• Licensed Class B driver (Passenger and Air brakes endorsement).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Work experience in public or private alternative transportation demand management (TDM)

Responsabilidades

• Supervise the daily activities of all drivers and oversee SOP implementation as directed by Client and WeDriveU policies.
• Be the main client contact and attend meetings as needed.
• Make staffing decisions and communicate them to drivers and client management.
• Hire, interview, road test, train and develop new drivers.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies.
• Report and follow up on maintenance issues with vendors.
• Review on-site records, reports and inspections for completeness and accuracy.
• Promote safety awareness and improve morale.
• Analyze ridership data and suggest route changes accordingly.
• Attend weekly client meetings and respond to feedback.
