Qualifications

• Minimum of three years restaurant or retail experience.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
• Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
• Exempt management position; expected to work 50 hours per week.
• ServSafe Certification and legal driving eligibility required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant operations and build a strong, capable team.
• Ensure guest satisfaction with fast, friendly service and quality food.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and shift leadership to meet demands.
• Monitor P&L performance and control costs and losses.
