The Scion Group LLC seeks a General Manager to lead a student living community with a strong customer-focused approach. The role blends operations, finance, and people leadership to deliver exceptional resident experiences and solid financial performance.

You will manage budgets, turnover, upkeep, policy compliance and vendor relations, while mentoring onsite staff and coordinating across departments to meet targets and uphold Fair Housing standards.

Qualifications

• Keen on strategic agility and business acumen.
• Customer-centric mindset with leadership experience.
• 3+ years managing living communities and a team.

Responsibilities

• Staff development and leadership, hiring, coaching and succession planning.
• Property administration, vendor management and policy compliance.
• Facilities and capital oversight, safety, permits and maintenance.
• Financial performance including budgets, NOI, and revenue targets.
• Customer experience and sales leadership to achieve leasing goals.
