Prime Group Holdings, LLC is seeking a General Manager for Prime Storage Group facilities in the US. You will lead daily operations, rent units, and drive sales while delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining secure, clean properties.

The role emphasizes a hands-on, customer-facing approach, strong communication, and the ability to oversee maintenance and safety across locations. Travel to multiple sites is required as needed.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in a fast-paced, customer-facing role with possible P&L exposure.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, in person and on the phone.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Must learn new applications and POS systems quickly.
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook and basic MS Office tools.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform light maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer interactions in person and by phone to meet tenants' needs.
• Drive sales and maintain high occupancy through advertising and customer relations.
• Manage daily operations including collections, deposits, and calls.
• Show and rent storage units, assess tenant needs, and offer solutions.
• Sell merchandise, upsell insurance, schedule moves, and cross-sell services.
• Assist with auction prep and handle tenant communications with care.
• Maintain facility curb appeal, cleanliness, safety, and minor maintenance.
