Job summary

Prime Group Holdings, LLC, a leading self-storage operator, is seeking a General Manager for Prime Storage Group to oversee daily facility operations. You’ll rent units, process payments, and drive occupancy while delivering top-notch tenant service.

Requirements include 2–4 years in a fast-paced, customer-facing role with P&L exposure (or a recent bachelor's), a High School diploma/GED, strong communication skills, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of relevant work experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment with exposure to profit-and-loss management (unless recently graduated with a bachelor’s degree).
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both in person and over the phone.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer interactions both in-person and over the phone to meet tenants' needs.
• Use creativity to generate sales and maintain high occupancy levels through advertising and customer relations.
• Manage daily operations, including collections, deposits, and customer calls.
