Qualifications

• 2–4 years in a fast-paced, customer-facing role with P&L exposure.
• HS diploma or GED required.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent in-person and phone interactions to tenant needs.
• Generate sales and keep occupancy high through ads and relationships.
• Manage daily operations including collections, deposits, and calls.
• Show and rent units by addressing tenant requirements and storage solutions.
• Sell merchandise, upsell insurance, and coordinate moving trucks.
