Job summary

MOD Super Fast Pizza, LLC is seeking a General Manager to lead a MOD Pizza location in the United States. You will coach a squad to deliver exceptional guest experiences while maintaining restaurant profitability.

The GM role focuses on hands-on leadership, staff development, and business planning, including engaging with the community and driving initiatives to support MOD’s culture and growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years leading leaders in restaurant management.
• Experience executing training, performance and staffing programs.
• Strong business acumen and ability to read financial reports.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Ability to support restaurant hours including nights and weekends.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to the entire squad; develop leadership capabilities across the restaurant.
• Review restaurant results and create action plans to improve performance using MOD tools.
• Own staffing; build talent pipelines and conduct compliant interviews.
• Ensure all required HR, compliance, and employee processing tasks are completed on schedule.
• Utilize MOD training plans to advance new hires and staff development.
• Lead community engagement and drive fundraising and catering initiatives.
