MOD SUPER FAST PIZZA, LLC. is seeking a General Manager to lead the store with a people-first mindset and strong business acumen. You will oversee operations, coach the Squad, and ensure profitability while delivering the MOD experience.

This role requires 2 years GM experience in a restaurant, food safety certification, and 21+ years of age. Benefits and overtime opportunities accompany a quarterly bonus program and health coverage.

Qualifications

• 2 years GM experience in a restaurant.
• Must obtain food safety certification and/or alcohol beverage certification within 30 days of your start date.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Proven success training, developing, and leading teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the store and drive results.
• Lead the Squad with Store Coach and Shift Captains.
• Identify opportunities to improve store performance and develop action plans.
• Recruit and retain staff to maintain staffing levels.
• Ensure cleanliness and food safety compliance.
