Qualifications

• 2 years of General Manager experience in a restaurant.
• Proven ability to train, develop, and lead teams.
• Experience ordering, receiving, and controlling inventory in food service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and drive best possible results.
• Lead the Squad with Store Coach and Shift Captains; delegate through others.
• Identify opportunities to improve store performance and implement actions.
• Manage staffing through proactive recruitment and scheduling.
• Ensure cleanliness, food safety, and correct cash handling.
