Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, staffing, inventory control, and ensuring food safety. A proven leadership track record and a 21+ year old requirement are essential.

Qualifications

• 2 years GM experience in a restaurant.
• Proven ability to train and lead teams.
• Experience ordering, receiving, inventory control in food service.
• Must obtain food safety and/or alcohol certification within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the store. Drive the best possible business results and engage customer and Squad experience
• Provide leadership to the entire Squad with particular attention to the Store Coach and Shift Captains. Leading through others is key to success
• Identify opportunities to improve store performance. Review store results and develop action plans to achieve success
• Engage your Squad in solving problems and successfully achieving your store’s goals
• Maintain staffing levels through proactive talent recruitment and selection processes
• Maintain accurate, secure, and timely cash management
