Potbelly is seeking a General Manager to lead a Potbelly shop, drive a positive culture, and ensure high performance across front- and back-of-house operations. The GM will oversee staff development, scheduling, and cost controls in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements include at least 2 years as GM with P&L, food safety certification, strong communication, and the ability to lead a team 45+ hours weekly. Location: Spring, TX.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as a General Manager in a restaurant or retail with P&L responsibility.
• Must pass Food Safety Certification; Illinois note otherwise.
• 18 years or older; ability to stand 8–9 hours and work 45 hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Train, coach, and develop shop team members to realize potential.
• Interview, hire, and build strong teams aligned with Potbelly values.
• Schedule staff, manage shifts, and maintain labor goals while controlling costs.
