Job summary

TMart is seeking motivated General Managers for our Dunkin’/Baskin-Robbins locations across Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Michigan. The role trains leaders through a paid eight-week program, with a path to certifications and performance bonuses.

Certified General Managers can earn base pay starting at $46K–$56K annually, plus monthly/weekly bonuses and year-end bonuses totaling over $10K for top performers. Health benefits and 401k are included.
