Job summary

Dunkin’/Baskin-Robbins General Managers are the backbone of our fast-paced restaurant networks, leading teams, upholding brand standards, and delivering guest-focused service. This posting covers Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Michigan locations under TMart’s expanded franchise group.

Starting as Management Trainee, you’ll progress through levels with certification bonuses. Competitive base pay ($46k–$56k) plus monthly and weekly bonuses, year-end rewards, referrals, and robust benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience leading restaurant teams is preferred.
• Willingness to participate in paid training and certification.
• Strong communication and people-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy environment by following safety, food safety, and sanitation requirements and complying with all applicable laws.
• Ensure Brand standards, recipes and systems are prepared and executed correctly and consistently.
• Create and maintain a guest-focused culture in the restaurant.
• Recruit, hire, onboard and develop restaurant team members.
• Coach restaurant team members to drive sales, improve profitability and guest satisfaction.
• Review guest feedback results and implement action plans to drive improvement.
• Execute new product rollouts including training, marketing and sampling.
• Control costs to help maximize profitability.
• Completion of regular restaurant inventory and financial reporting.
• Completion of weekly schedule ensuring all shifts are staffed to meet guest demand and service standards.
