Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of successful management experience in multi-trade home services.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills; hands-on experience in service, install, and sales performance management.

• Track record of recruiting, developing, and retaining top talent across trades.
• Experience managing teams with revenue responsibility at scale.
• Multi-trade knowledge in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or related home services.
• Superior communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills with attention to detail.
• People-focused mindset aligned with accountability and excellence.
