Role Overview

• As General Manager, you will provide leadership, supervision, and oversight across all company operations. You will act as a key client interface, problem solver, and mentor to personnel, guiding both new and existing team members toward peak performance. This role is responsible for overall company effectiveness and profitability, developing and executing strategic plans to optimize productivity, improve organizational processes, and implement innovative changes. You will cultivate a highly motivational work environment, ensure adherence to company standards for excellence and quality, and play a central role in shaping the future of the organization. This is an opportunity to lead a team of talented professionals toward exceptional results while driving business growth and operational excellence.

What You Bring

• Minimum of 5 years of successful management experience, ideally in multi-trade home services.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills; hands-on experience in service, install, and sales performance management.
• Exceptional financial and budgeting acumen; comfortable with forecasting and profit-driven decision-making.
• Track record of recruiting, developing, and retaining top talent across multiple trades.
• Experience managing teams and revenue responsibility in line with business scale.
• Multi-trade knowledge in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or related home services.
• Superior communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proactive, people-focused mindset aligned with a culture of accountability and excellence.
