Wonder in Emerson, New Jersey is seeking a General Manager to lead a multi-brand, shared-kitchen location. You will oversee day-to-day operations across kitchen, service, and fulfillment, drive labor efficiency, food safety, and service quality while aligning with Wonder’s standards.

You’ll manage a diverse team of employees and contracted partners, own the P&L, build strong internal and external partnerships, and push growth initiatives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership in high-volume operations.
• Proven ability to manage P&L and cross-brand coordination.
• Experience with labor laws and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations across kitchen, service, and fulfillment.
• Hire, onboard, coach, and manage a blended on-site team and contracted staff.
• Own the location's P&L and drive cost control and revenue growth.
