• Strong collaboration across functions (finance, HR, procurement, operations).

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across kitchen, service and fulfillment (dine-in, pickup, delivery).
• Optimize labor deployment, throughput, and service execution to meet needs.
• Ensure compliance with labor, food safety, and safety standards.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, waste reduction, and shelf-life adherence.
• Own location KPIs and drive financial performance and guest satisfaction.
