Job summary

Wonder is seeking a General Manager to lead a shared kitchen location serving multiple brands and channels. You will manage day-to-day operations across kitchen, service, and fulfillment, while owning the local P&L and driving labor efficiency, food costs, and performance metrics.

You will oversee a blended on-site workforce and external partners, coach leaders, and partner with finance, culinary, procurement, and logistics to align strategy with execution.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience leading high-volume, complex operations in logistics, retail, hospitality, food, or ecommerce.
• Experience in fast-growing, operationally complex environments such as multi-location or on-demand services.
• Proven leadership with progressive growth and advancement.
• Full P&L ownership, KPI management, and driving operational results.
• Comfortable managing a hybrid workforce of employees and contracted partners.
• Strong cross-functional fluency across finance, HR, logistics, culinary and partners.
• Obsessed with customer service, quality, accountability and results.

Responsibilities

• Lead Day-to-Day Operations across kitchen, service, and fulfillment channels.
• Optimize labor deployment, throughput, and service execution.
• Ensure adherence to labor, food safety and safety standards.
• Monitor inventory, waste reduction, and shelf life adherence.
• Forecast demand and adjust workflows in real time.
• Monitor feedback and data trends to improve service.
• Set and track KPIs, align internal and external teams.
• Hire, onboard, coach, schedule and develop hourly staff and shift leads.
• Lead a blended on-site workforce and partner staff.
• Maintain collaboration across brands and contract operators.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal labor laws.
• Own the location P&L, influence labor costs and margins.
• Identify cost-saving and revenue-driving opportunities with cross-functional partners.
• Mentor managers-in-training and build succession readiness.
• Represent Wonder with brand partners and local stakeholders.
