Job summary

United Access L.L.C. in Springfield, Missouri, seeks a General Manager to lead a busy store operation, drive revenue, and own the P&L. You will supervise sales, rentals, service, and administrative functions while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

You will recruit and coach a diverse team, develop local sales strategies, monitor KPIs, and partner with caregivers and mobility professionals to expand market share.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a leadership role with P&L responsibility.
• 3+ years leading a team of five or more employees.
• Proven experience meeting revenue targets or business results.
• Strong sales leadership and customer relationship skills.
• Experience coaching and developing employees.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with business systems, CRM platforms, Microsoft Office, and reporting tools.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Own branch profitability and P&L management while driving sales growth.
• Analyze and manage store P&L, budgeting, inventory, AR, and metrics.
• Develop and execute local sales and business development strategies.
• Ensure operational excellence across sales, rentals, service, and branch operations.
• Monitor KPIs and implement actions to improve results.
• Lead as a selling General Manager and coach on lead management and closing.
• Ensure customer follow-up and pipeline management.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, train, and develop team members.
• Foster accountability, teamwork, customer service, and continuous improvement.
