Job summary

Accounting Search is seeking a General Manager for a mid-sized manufacturing/distribution organization. The role carries full P&L responsibility, leading all manufacturing and distribution functions and a team of about 100 FTEs, with a strong emphasis on lean culture and strategic budgeting.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in manufacturing/distribution leadership, proven P&L experience, and exceptional leadership and people development skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree

• Good working knowledge of production planning, scheduling, quality control, safety, inventory control, lean/related, strategic/tactical planning, etc.

Mid-sized ($50MM+), well established and growing manufacturer/distributor is looking for an experienced leader (full P&L responsibility) who is interested in helping to take them to the next level (significant upside growth potential.)
