Qualifications

• 7+ years general manager experience in restaurant operations.
• Strong organizational leadership to support FOH functions.

• Food Safety certification and knowledge of safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary day-to-day manager of the Front-of-the-House and personnel functions for the restaurant.
• Train, develop, and motivate all restaurant staff in meeting and exceeding expectations for their roles.
• Display leadership by providing a positive work environment and professional restaurant management.
• Delegate tasks to subordinates to develop skills and experiences.
• Ensure personnel are hired, supervised, disciplined, and managed in accordance with the handbook and law.
• Ensure restaurant equipment and facilities are well maintained and safe.
