Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Restaurant General Manager.

• Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, P&L, and sales reports.
• Stable work history; no job hoppers.
• Availability for flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience coordinating closely with culinary leadership on menu execution and events.
• Track record of recruiting, training, and developing high-performing teams.
• Experience with inventory management and waste reduction practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate with the Executive Chef to align menu execution with quality standards.
• Monitor inventory, manage supply chains, and minimize food waste.
• Collaborate on innovative, plant-based menu curation and seasonal/special event offerings.
• Manage budgets, revenue, and expenses; track and optimize P&L performance.
• Maintain a warm, welcoming atmosphere and deliver exceptional guest service.
• Address and resolve guest concerns to build loyalty and repeat business.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise staff while fostering a collaborative culture.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and cleanliness standards.
