Fairfield Inn & Suites Times Square South and SpringHill Suites Times Square South in New York seek a Hotel General Manager to lead two Marriott-branded properties in the heart of Manhattan.

You will oversee daily operations, drive guest satisfaction, manage revenue and budgeting, and develop leaders across Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, and Engineering. Marriott brand standards and urban-market experience are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as Hotel General Manager or Assistant General Manager/Director of Operations ready for the next step.
• Marriott brand experience strongly preferred.
• Experience leading hotels in a major urban market is highly desirable.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasting, labor, and profitability.
• Demonstrated success improving guest satisfaction and operational performance.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
• A hands-on management style with the ability to lead from the front.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field preferred, or equivalent hospitality leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall operational and strategic leadership for both hotels.
• Lead, mentor, and develop department heads and associates to build high-performing teams.
• Drive exceptional guest satisfaction and maintain strong Marriott brand standards.
• Manage financial performance, including revenue, expenses, labor, profitability, forecasting, and budgeting.
• Partner closely with Sales, Revenue Management, and other commercial teams to maximize market share and profitability.
• Monitor hotel performance and develop action plans to continuously improve operational and financial results.
• Ensure outstanding service delivery across Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, Food & Beverage, and other hotel operations.
• Recruit, retain, coach, and develop top hospitality talent.
