Job summary

Far West Restaurant Group in Irvine, CA is seeking a General Manager to lead day-to-day restaurant operations, build a high-performing team, and deliver an outstanding Wingstop guest experience. You will drive sales, profitability, and a culture of accountability while shaping the future of our restaurants.

You will recruit, train, coach, and develop leaders, ensure food safety and brand standards, manage costs and compliance, and partner with the District Manager to hit goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Lead all daily restaurant operations.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
• Build future leaders by providing ongoing coaching, feedback, and development.
• Create a positive, respectful, and accountable team culture.
• Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve guest concerns professionally.
• Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards are consistently maintained.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed to keep teams and guests safe.
• Manage sales, labor, food costs, inventory, and controllable expenses.
• Analyze business results and develop action plans to improve performance.
• Ensure company policies, procedures, and brand standards are consistently followed.
• Maintain a safe environment for guests and team members.
• Complete administrative, financial, and compliance responsibilities accurately and on time.
• Partner with your District Manager to achieve restaurant and company goals.
