Job summary

Thacher Restaurant Group is seeking a General Manager to lead all daily restaurant operations and build a high-performing team that delivers the Wingstop experience to guests. You will drive sales, profitability, and a culture of accountability while developing future leaders and ensuring outstanding guest service.

You will manage safety, food safety, and compliance, coach leaders, and partner with the District Manager to achieve company goals.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and servant leadership mindset.
• Previous restaurant management experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Food Handler Certification.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Proven ability to coach, develop, and retain high-performing teams.
• Strong organizational, financial, and problem-solving skills.

• Flexible availability.

Responsibilities

• Lead all daily restaurant operations.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
• Build future leaders by providing ongoing coaching, feedback, and development.
• Create a positive, respectful, and accountable team culture.
• Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve guest concerns professionally.
• Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards are consistently maintained.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed to keep teams and guests safe.
• Manage sales, labor, food costs, inventory, and controllable expenses.
• Analyze business results and develop action plans to improve performance.
• Ensure company policies, procedures, and brand standards are consistently followed.
• Maintain a safe environment for guests and team members.
• Complete administrative, financial, and compliance responsibilities accurately and on time.
• Partner with your District Manager to achieve restaurant and company goals.
