Thacher Restaurant Group is seeking a General Manager to lead all restaurant operations, build a high-performing team, and deliver the Wingstop guest experience. You will drive sales, profitability, and guest satisfaction while modeling accountability and developing future leaders.

As a key leader, you will ensure food safety, financial controls, and brand standards, while partnering with the District Manager to meet restaurant and company goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision‑making skills.
• Proven ability to coach, develop, and retain high‑performing teams.
• Strong organizational, financial, and problem‑solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead all daily restaurant operations.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop a high‑performing team.
• Build future leaders by providing ongoing coaching, feedback, and development.
• Create a positive, respectful, and accountable team culture.
• Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve guest concerns professionally.
• Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards are consistently maintained.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed to keep teams and guests safe.
• Manage sales, labor, food costs, inventory, and controllable expenses.
• Analyze business results and develop action plans to improve performance.
• Ensure company policies, procedures, and brand standards are consistently followed.
• Maintain a safe environment for guests and team members.
• Complete administrative, financial, and compliance responsibilities accurately and on time.
• Partner with your District Manager to achieve restaurant and company goals.
