Qualifications

• Motivated, self-directed, results-driven with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to create a fun, exciting environment for guests and team.
• Solid skills with basic mathematical computations.
• Proven track record of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and ensure policy compliance.
• Minimum 2 years restaurant or retail management experience.
• Experience managing a restaurant with a full bar is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license to travel between units.
• Successful completion of Buffalo Wild Wings Management Certification program.

Responsibilities

• Create, implement and execute the overall business staff plan to build sales and proper staffing.
• Prepare manager schedules to ensure proper business coverage.
• Oversee HR management and ensure compliance with laws and policies.
• Provide performance feedback and conduct reviews for managers and staff.
• Maintain open-door policy and promote clear communication and standards.
• Train and develop managers, including those in training, with development plans.
• Lead informative weekly manager meetings with a written agenda.
• Foster a positive, professional work environment and strong morale.
• Maintain turnover and retention targets and help achieve budgeting goals.
• Develop and implement local store marketing plans within budget.
