Job summary

The Press Club Grill is seeking an Front of House Lead to guide service on busy shifts, coach team members, and ensure guest satisfaction. You will work closely with the General Manager to maintain smooth operations and uphold our culture.

You should be energetic, solutions-oriented, and proficient with Toast POS and basic software like Excel or Google Sheets. Availability on days, evenings, and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or hospitality leadership experience.
• Strong communicator with a team-first mindset.
• Able to lead during busy shifts and manage service flow.
• Comfortable using POS systems and basic software like Excel or Google Sheets.
• Organized, dependable, and proactive.
• Computer proficiency.

• Engage our guests: table touch, greet guests and develop relationships

• Handle guest complaints with empathy and actionable change
• Maintain a cool demeanor during stressful situations
• Confirm opening, mid and closing checklists are all being performed in both FoH and HoH
• Keep an open dialogue with your managers
